Honored Artist of Russia. Born in 1931 in Kiev, Ukraine. In 1952, he graduated from the Kiev Art School. TG Shevchenko. From 1953 to 1959. studied at the Institute of IE Repin graphic department e AF Pakhomov. As the distribution went to Sverdlovsk, where he worked in publishing and taught at the Art College. -Chchlen the Union of Artists of Russia, laureate of the Prize. GS Mosin (1990), winner of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region for outstanding achievements in literature and the arts (2002). Together with other Mosin in 1964 M. Brusilovski wrote a monumental historical painting "1918-th", which became a phenomenon of Soviet painting and exhibited at the first zonal exhibition "Socialist Urals", at exhibitions in Moscow, Italy and the German Democratic Republic. The second collaboration of artists - painting "Red Commanders of the Civil War in the Urals" (1969). M. Brusilovski worked in various genres: portrait, large multi-figure compositions, still life paintings, decorative paintings. Works by M. Brusilovskii are in museums and private collections in Russia, France, Germany, Austria, England, Israel, Switzerland, USA.
