Vladimir Yarkin

Born in 1939 in the city of Orenburg.

In 1966 , he graduated from Penza Art College named after KA Savitsky , and in 1974 with honors from the Leningrad Academy of Arts. From 1976 to 1979 he worked in the creative workshop of the Academy of Fine Arts under the direction of the national artist, academician VM Oreshnikov. In 1979 he was invited to the studio artists - scapes Navy ( led 1986-87 ). VP Vanya has written more than 50 paintings on historical and contemporary issues of the fleet , many of which are in the collections and exhibitions of Russian and foreign museums.
