First, and in any case, thank you for your interest in this topic, and I hope and exhibition.
Of the business model - this seems to be a joke of art-sophisticated? Alas, I did not quite understand. About the "Jewish artist" apparently no questions. A stumble you might have on the "Moscow" in this context. It has long been observed that for some reason often have critical questions when given such seemingly "controversial definition." Ie we can not say "Moscow" Jew? Probably. I will not argue. But it is about Axelrod - and why not? Why not "Jewish Moscow artist of the twentieth century"? Meir (Mark) Moiseevich Axelrod was born in 1902 in the shtetl Molodechno (Belarus). Art became interested in early and in 1913 entered the school I.Pena in Vitebsk. In 1921, Axelrod first exhibited his work at an art exhibition in Minsk, after which he was sent to study in Moscow. Ie from 19 years he lived and worked until his death (in 1970.) in Moscow. What 's not understandable ? ...
![]() If it would be written "Jewish Vitebsk artist " or "Jewish Ming artist," and the issue would not exist. For what particular the Moscow Jewish community /subculture have in mind? No root for this. Business , clean business. P.S. Russian Moscow artist , Ukrainian Moscow artist , Mongolian Moscow artist . So the height of perfection - Arbat- Moscow Moscow artist ![]() |
