Eugene Golant - St. Petersburg artist, graduated from the St. Petersburg State Art and Industry Academy. Stieglitz (Mukhina School). In 2003 she joined the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. In 2005 she studied at the Summer Arts Academy in Salzburg on course Shirin Neshat. He began to draw back in five years, Eugene Golant draws only what they can see in her eyes. The most valuable thing for her - it is an exchange between the artist and the model's interaction with the object, which can be both the city and the people. Occurs during stress artist considers an essential part of the creative process. Atmosphere of the place and the unexpected reaction of people become part of her paintings.

No matter how corny it sounds, painting Eugene Golant is peculiar. And that's what it is: each work individually, and the entire series as a whole would have a double bottom. The first layer dip out audience instantly and makes it (in the audience), the action is extremely disturbing - annoyingly active, almost aggressive color, broken rhythm, devoid of decoration, vague conglomeration of forms - all of obsession seems as if you abruptly grabbed his arm. This is the first floor.

But friendly tolerance, as always, will be rewarded. The second bottom needs to be done a certain way, but this way does not require any effort, just some time. And seemingly careless forms are motivated, desperate colors organized in paper space expressive scene, and is distinct penetrating melody - poetry of landscape as such.
