The image of the Virgin " Protectress of Smolensk ."
Hiking pilgrimage icon. end of the 18th century.
From the inscription that " happened on March 8 5508 year ( in 1789 the Birth of Christ )."
Or an icon written in this day and it was an event , after which wrote the icon.
The letter is good, but saddened at the loss of significant likah Virgin and Child .
