From first to 19th June at the gallery "The Tree" (Moscow) Charitable Foundation "Children's Hearts" is an exhibition of paintings by Anna Silivonchik, dedicated to the International Day of protection of children. Fund "Children of the Heart" (http://www.childrenshearts.ru/) has been in existence for eight years. This is one of the most successful private foundations in the country and one of the few that deals with helping children with heart disease. Project goal: raising funds for the operation for the treatment of heart disease for wards fund "Children of the Heart," the story of a charity movement in Russia and the opportunities for children born with heart defects. In our country are born each year more than 20 thousand children with congenital heart disease and blood vessels. This is one of the most frequent causes of death in children up to 1 year. 70%of children in need of surgery in the neonatal period or the first year of life. But only a small portion (40%) of these children can be operated on in a timely manner due to the budget, even in the best 5%can be operated on by the parents. The only possibility to get life-saving surgery to them - it's charity.
