We've decided to become private traders, sacred repository of his patrimony. The famous "community" of the Russian people, which is so like to argue, sociologists, politicians and native soil is rapidly dissolved in the haze of new realities. As one Russian sociologist (now looking for compatriots on the far west coast): "Today's Russians are not just individualists, they literally atomized, this is not anywhere else in the civilized world." Firstly, many thanks for the post and I am glad that my favorite St. Petersburg's Al Gallery appeared in the vast Artinvestment. Even nicer that there was, in fact, she reported on personalku Sergei Qatran - our great friend and, in fact, already known and a very unusual artist. It should be noted at once immodestly, that we DimaB just at home a long time ago, and recently introduced the gorgeous Lisa galeristok Savin and Natasha Pankov with Sergei. Moreover, they then gave a lot of invaluable advice and inspiration for his many accomplishments - just at the beginning of his artistic career as a modern contemporary artist (verses before that he wrote and published a long time, the project "12 good works", dedicated to the image St. George the Victorious in 3 years made with the participation of many good artists and many others). Some time passed. And now - hooray! I really, I must say, exacting gallery, now runs a personal exhibition, there is even steeper - an interactive video installation, symphonic, "Open!". And in summer, by the way, was a joint exhibition of Sergei Qatran with Catherine Sisfontes «In Time», also organized by Al Gallery - at the Cultural Center. Mayakovsky on Nevsky Prospect, 20.
