Default Portrait of Maxim Gorky, who is the author?

Who can be the author of this portrait?

Who Maxim Gorky wrote that way?

Oil on cardboard.
Size 80/60.

Text in Czech language: the famous Russian writer (or something).

Painting I bought here in Bulgaria.
