Russia's Ministry of Culture intends to participate in the formation of the collection of the State Museum of Contemporary Art (GMSI) based on National Center for Contemporary Art (NCCA) and is ready to procure for him the work of Damien Hirst, brothers Jake and Dinos Chapman. The Director-General NCCA Michael Mindlin said that there is a so-called pre-project proposal on the architecture of future buildings, designed in the workshop of Mikhail Khazanov, but the final appearance of the new museum should determine the contest.
