Good day to all forum users! Got two sketches with the signature completely unknown to me Gamaleya. Lived, apparently, in Estonia, because behind red pencil inscription made in Estonian means "Pechora monastery" or someone then attributed? Back they are numbered(numbers 9 and 10). Does that was the order, say, from the monastery? Not if You've heard somewhere about this artist? If so, I would ask You to share information. There is nothing like the Internet, is not found. Relative artistic merit, too, would be glad to hear Your opinions.

Good sketches! Obviously, depicts the interior of the Dormition of the cave temple of the Pskov-caves monastery in Estonia, as it was in 1929.
Who is the Century of the loan - don't know

redbor, Good evening! Thank you very much for Your opinion. Also wanted to ask - after all, the work of the Russian school, but maybe there is some characteristic nuances to clarify? In these years, Estonia has been the company "Pallas", but it's not their style, too daring game of contrasts, Estonians more pastel colours worked. Maybe even so you can find the clue?

Hronik, Thank You. Yes, they are. But the owner made a clear error bad after reading the signature. In fact the loan, not Somalia.

Vadim, it is unlikely that Gamal - Samalea wrote his name not starting with a capital letter "G" with a capital "g".
And on the back is hard to find "S"

Hronik, Sorry, but in my opinion, You are mistaken. The surname is still a loan. The letter's simply not written with such a sharp jumper. Add more pictures in the signature. With best regards, Vadim.
