"Russian" scene from Bulgaria, help identify the author

Good afternoon. The picture was bought from an old antique dealer in Bulgaria this summer. The picture is old. Very dirty. Canvas is very thin, but strong . Cloves old. Signature is detected. On the back of the lower right corner of the canvas some blue stains, but the signature vrobe would not like it. paint layer is very thin. I'm certainly not an expert , but it seems that this oil .
