59 -year-old Brian Ramnarin /Brian Ramnarine, owner bronzovoliteynogo company pleaded guilty to three counts of fraud .
He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years for the first episode ( attempt to sell " Flag " 1969 Jasper Johns /Jasper Johns) and a maximum sentence of 30 years for each of the two counts ( attempt to sell sculptures by Robert Indiana /Robert Indiana and Saint- Clair Semin /Saint Clair Cemin), because these crimes were committed while he was on bail .
The sentence handed down by the judge scheduled to be May 30, 2014 , at 10:00 .
