Usynin2, thank you for the history! There is only little information about Roschankowsky family available.

Last week I did read book about Finnish artist Grigor Auer.
There was mentioned that Grigor had house next to the lake, and he had many russian painters visiting in summer during their trips to European countries.
Paul Roschankowsky was mentioned to be one of them as a name. There was also stated that Paul painted year 1907 in Finland. Mainly in Helsinki area. I have two small water color pictures from this year.
Book says " Paul was lost in the world war I, and never heard again ".

Here is one more of his painting I found from net. Pictured house is one old famous Villa in Helsinki that is established in 1840's.
