I was interested in one simple thing: the efficiency of charitable organizations.
So, it is close to that of a locomotive: ten percent.

Even the Red Cross, as far as I know, efficiency is unlikely to exceed 15 percent.

All the rest - it is hiring employees, rent premises, purchase of office equipment, transportation and so on.

I think that little will reach the needy and the proposed event.
