According to our law and life experience, just do it - not possible. All the money should come by wire transfer to us and transferred us to a special account announced by the Government. In this case, there are no problems with tax and other services. This is a charity event and then be exempt from taxes. But this issue as all the others (how to send us pictures from abroad, for example) is also being studied.
