The Moscow Association of Artists - Association of Moscow artists, are agreeable to the 1893 "Exhibition of paintings by Moscow artists", and since 1896 - after the adoption of the statute -- "Exhibitions of paintings of Moscow Association of Artists".
Association existed before 1924 and arranged 26 exhibitions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, as well as in other cities: Orel, Saratov, Tver, Yaroslavl.
"The Association aims to promote the success and development of the arts in Russia, as well as care for the interests of its members (Charter of the Moscow Association of Artists. M., 1896, pp. 3).
In 1917, the association consists of 35 members of the Association: SV Beklemishev, LM Brailovsky, VA Vatagin, VV Vladimirov, A. Glagolev, A. Golubkina, E. Goldinger , IG Gugunava, VN Domogatskii, I. Efimov, B. M. Kamensky, VD Zamirailo, FI Zakharov, AG Ivanov, Ya Ya Kalinichenko, E . Kamentseva IV, VI Komarov, AI Kravchenko, P. Mironovich, II Nivinsky, SV Noakovsky, MM Ogranovich, P. J. Pavlinov, VA D . Polenov, FI Rerberg, N. J. Simonovic, Efimova, AP Tokarev, NP Ulyanov, VA Tabor, JF Shapshal, VD Shitikov, A. I. Navigator, O. Engels, A. G. Yakimchenko, A. Jasinski.
Board of the Association in 1917 were artists: FI Rerberg (Sergeant), B. N. Domogatskii (secretary), P. J. Peacock (Treasurer), E. Goldinger, IG Gugunava.
In 1917, the Association showed the 23rd exhibition of paintings and sculptures in Moscow (2 February - 1 March).
