Born in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Educated at the State Art Academy in Tbilisi.

His works are in the Georgian State Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Modern Art, Yerevan, Museum of Oriental Art, Moscow; National Art Gallery, Tbilisi Museum of Art, New Jersey, USA; Omar Chkhaidze Gallery, Moscow, private galleries and collections.
