Writing about Art-Kyiv as unbearable as it is unthinkable to attend and failed in every way a static collection of social elements. Every year the same thing: old style and primitive belly of the Soviet Ukrainian House turns into a gloomy or whether a warehouse, or bazaar durnovkusiya and "popular" craft projects. And the main question "Why?" and remains unanswered.
