I do not think that the issue of attribution is closed and the artist was given the honorary name of the unknown. You can try to search among those Russian (Russian speaking) artists, who at the beginning of the century came and worked in Ukraine, or are so adored architectural motifs. And yet, for the sake of conscience, I'll take a picture in the State Research Institute of Chemistry.
