When I was in art school in Krasnodar, arrived to us Nadia Leger - wife of prominent French artist Fernand Leger. She invited me (the only one of all students) to his studio in Paris, where he taught the skill of painting. Nadia loved the Soviet Union, because it was a Communist. Her husband, and Picasso - as well. As ideological supporters, they stood together. Once in Paris came a delegation from the Soviet Union: a documentary novel Carmen and operator Rusevsky who dreamed of a film about how to draw Picasso. And we went to vstre-chu, which we organized Nadia Leger, first we just watched, and then come up with a contest: who better to draw - I, 17-year-old boy, or a great artist. Drew Jacqueline - Picasso's wife. I quietly worked and handled quickly. But Picasso was nervous all the time, broke five sheets. And they say, "great"! We exchanged pictures, signing them to one another on memory.

And that's just a fantastic story.
