Romadin Nikolai Mikhailovich (1903-1987)
People's Artist of the USSR (1971).
Member of USSR Academy of Arts (1967).
Winner of Stalin (1946) and the Lenin Prize of the USSR (1980).
Order of Lenin and the Order of Red Banner of Labor (1946).
He studied at the Samara Art College (1922) and in Moscow VHUTEINE (1923-1930).
Pupil R. Falk, I. Mashkov, D. Shcherbinovskaya, Pyotr Konchalovsky, and A. Drevin.
In 1939 and 1943. Moscow held solo exhibitions of the artist.
International Biennale in Venice (1956).
In 1976 there was an exhibition NM Romadina Gekoso in Tokyo and Nagoya (Japan).
The artist's works are kept in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, State Russian Museum, the art museums, Vladimir, Irkutsk, Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Petrozavodsk, Lugansk, Riga, in the Uffizi Gallery (Italy) and other museums
