Seriy, I saw live work Koons and even touch their hands. And I have seen modern airplanes, trains, computers, and so on. This "high technology", it is done "expensive and difficult" but it's not called art (though in themselves these things are very beautiful). If the arts and the art of design! I am not against the design, but I understand it is not about design, but about art in a certain (traditional) sense. If we call art objects with those characteristics that you identified, in museums, there is no place sculptures in marble and even more so from the more prosaic materials. There would be no job to write a normal paint and painted the more conventional graphite pencil. Their place would have taken all sorts of weird things from «Philips» and «Sony». What it tells me that in art the main criterion still does not, the cost and complexity of technology, and something else.
