The fact is that now many (straight obsession for some!) Shoot through the screen on the unit. This is considered fashionable and modern. True, many of today's vehicles simply do not have a "small window" for the eye.
But look at professional photographers - no one shoots across the screen. And the fact is that through the viewfinder is easier to "build" the frame, it is easier to "catch", if the object moves. And the view through the viewfinder more.
Well, as someone here already said, of course better to shoot "with emphasis", otherwise the frame turns out blurry because of the tremor in his hands and his head - it's still a third point of support.
