Everything seen, at first, reminded a carnival. Bright colors, unusual architecture, people in exotic garb. Tashkent, then even more colorful Samarkand and Bukhara. I became acquainted with many artists who lived in those years in Uzbekistan - A. Isupov, A. Nikolaev (Usto-Mu'min), A. Volkov, L. Bure, M. Kurzin, Korovay. A characteristic feature of the works of those years were concise and traditional artistic language, bound with a decorative color. The artist completes his work the technique of collage. Uses a different material: the patterns of paper, fabric, rug, cane. The product of "the train" combined the bold experiments of the young artist - camera angle, the shape of paintings, mixed media.
