Complain to management.

He complained to the central office in Kiev ... So they told me there and said ... that the regions do not serve ... so little that said parcels for individuals they do not occupy, and not even reported that parcel lies on their route, while I myself have not started phoning everybody and everything and look for the end ... They did not listen to any request or persuasion, and calmly sent it nazad.I only when the sender is sent UPS. everything was decided relatively quickly.
