Thanks for your question: there can be a long debate, which affects and to whom. Picture of TV at my grandmother could affect more impressive than the work is not known Aunt Masha artist. Long conversation. If the collection and assembly may somehow affect the history of art and let the local scale, it is called - an influential. Collections, which includes the work of some of the artists and which might be called "powerful", is both in Ukraine and abroad.
Thanks for the clarification. I agree with you, really, there are collections that only the very fact of its existence greatly influenced the history of art. For example, the collection Tretyakov, Morozov, Shchukin, Costacis! Such collections generally are rare in the history of mankind! If I understand you correctly, you argue that Ukraine now has a collection that can claim the title of "most influential" in the context that you identified? What a collection? I have not heard about them! Do not get me wrong, I want to know about them. The fact that such collections, which "may affect the history of art", is extremely rare (in modern Russia, I, for one, do not know any such collections, in addition to already become museum) and it is worthy of special attention.
