Q: You were the curator of the Ukrainian pavilion of the Venice Biennale, which is unusual for a boxer. Many felt that this was a PR move - our artists do not know, but the champion Wladimir Klitschko knows the whole world.
A: I absolutely disagree. Of course, you may ask what makes an athlete at the Biennale, which he has the attitude to modern art? But actually I do art. You do not know about it? I am also an artist, I draw pictures on people's faces. I believe that art in general will improve the human intellect, makes it more flexible. When we made pictures with Chichkan, I do not want a boxing theme. We made a lot of different photos, and a shirt and suit, which was, in my opinion, is a little brute force. But staying in the photo, where I pose with rollers instead of gloves.
