I think that any artist who undertake a serious and deliberate for a children's illustration, has some pedagagicheskuyu "flair" - a kind of extra money, is not typical of other artists, immersed in his own world in their own endeavors and not thinking the possible adaptations of his artistic talents, especially for the younger generation.
In my opinion, this is very true. Illustration for "adult" book - it is always the author's text + of his perception of the artist through the prism of his life experience + our perception of it based on our experience, ie this stratum of meaning (except for the "book artist" - is a separate issue). And the illustrations in children's book - is some way of knowing on which a good artist with love is the little "reader" and provides him still quite unknown.
