This is stated in a message on the website of the Ministry of Culture RF.Sootvetstvuyuschy decree was signed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. Earlier 34-year-old Kibovsky served as Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Properties, Ministry of Culture RF.Napomnim that on 12 May, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin issued a decree divided the Federal Service for Supervision of Mass Communication and Protection of Cultural Heritage (Rossvyazokhrankultura) on Two new departments - the Federal Service for Supervision of Telecom and Mass Communications (Rossvyaznadzor) and the Federal Service for Supervision of Law in the Protection of Cultural Heritage (Rosokhrankultura).

  Rossvyaznadzor was transferred to the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications. Head Office on June 6 he was appointed the former head of Rossvyazokhrankultura Boris Boyarskov. Rosokhrankultura was transferred to the Ministry of Culture.
