Just last night studying the archives of Russian newspapers and magazines in 1875 and in "Modern Izvestiya in March found just such an article.
From Kazan reported: "Last year, noticed in the local monastery Fedorovsky some laxity of the monks there had been transferred from the Spassky Monastery elderly monk-deacon of good morals. He was entrusted with the brothers to cease to play tricks. And he played this his assignment to perfection, but, unfortunately, fell ill and died. But recently, someone to be, came word that the brethren, distressed for a strict supervision and not wanting to continue to obey him, beat up the guard to death. Now, the deceased had been dug and dug in the dissecting room, and were such damage bones, which leave no doubt that his death was followed by grievous injuries.
