Kirill
Last Puni transcribed to Latin letters in different ways (Puni, Pouni, Puny, Pouny, Pougny), but the only correct version, which has always enjoyed the artist himself - Pougny.
Here are 2 samples of his signature, which we found in his catalogs, in both cases, he wrote his name "Pougny".
In general, restoration, so to speak, originally French (and not only French) name after the passage to Russia - this is real work for the pathfinder (I had to translate from Russian into frvntsuzsky catalog of an exhibition Revelation - architectural graphics end of XVIII - early XIX centuries .), so the architect Beauvais (originally, of course, Bauvais, as the city became Bove, Bovet, Bover, Montferrand Monferrand lost "d" in the end, etc.) - but this is so, digression.
So Puni = Pougny
