The artist depicts the futuristic architecture built up a fantastic city, which also resurrects the memory scale of utopia on total reorganization of Russian avant-garde space, inspired by new social theories of architectural projects 20 years of XX century, and an optimistic belief in the future of the 60's.

CITY OF RUSSIA - not only the purely artistic, but also socio-political project of Paul Pepperstein, from the standpoint of modern pragmatics seems utopian. However, in the history of Russia has repeatedly happened that the most defiant utopia became a reality.
