It's not so easy, the problem is not a tax, but in the mysterious phrase "cultural value". Therefore, we must prove that the object is not so in the exporting country (while being in the Ukraine) to please the price. If the price does not fit, then compare it with the "same price": eek: and a tax to pay for this is unknown what price.
