2) the importation of any art object over a hundred years, requires permission from the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine on import - it does not matter, there are official documents for payment or not, while the signified must obtain permission to myself personally, but not their customs clearance service. When I asked why, then, receives the money brokerage service DHL reply was received "for work purely from the Customs.
3) to my assertion that there was some mistake and that my friends on the site a long time antique dealers via DHL carry paintings, was answered, that's all lies, no one carries and can not carry.
