This is the answer from the Ukrainian DHL: "According to internal rules of DHL, is prohibited to transfer antiques".

I do not know how in the Ukraine and in Russia only this:
  The goods which are accepted subject to the additional conditions:
Antiques, art (for shipments valued at over 50,000 Euro).
