In February 1965, Manolo Valdés and Rafael Solbes received a gold medal at the Third National Exhibition of paintings organized by Caja de Ahorros del Sureste in Spain in Alicante.
  Later in the year (December 65-January 66) was organized the first solo exhibition "EKIP Kronik" held at Sala Miqueldi in Bilbao. In December 1966, a second solo exhibition at Gallery La Pasarela in Seville. Text of the catalog was written by Thomas Llorenç.
In January 1967 the group takes part in the eighteenth Salon de la Jeune Peinture in Paris. In February, EKIP Kronik organizes a solo exhibition in the gallery Val i 30 in Valencia. In April, taking part in a group exhibition Bande Dessinée et Figuration Narrative, organized by Gerald Gassiot-Talab at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. Summer solo exhibition in the gallery Barandiarán in San Sebastian and participation in the Salon Latinoamericano del Grabado in Havana. In October, solo exhibition in the gallery Aixelà in Barcelona.
In February 1968 the group took part in the V Festival des Arts Plastiques de la Côte d'Azur, in Antibes. Also organized two solo exhibitions in Italy, one in Milan, Gallery L'Agrifoglio, where they were shown the first pictures from the series La recuperación. Another was held in the Gallery Il Girasole, Rome. From September to November, "EKIP Kronik has participated in various group exhibitions in Italy and France. Some works from the series La recuperación were presented in December at the personal exhibition in the gallery Val i 30.
During 1969, the group puts their work on two personal exhibitions: one in April and May in the gallery Cultart, Madrid, another in December in the gallery Grises, Bilbao.
