Is it possible to establish authorship and other signs? There watercolor (grisaille) sepia? 19h11, 8cm. I suppose, France (in my view a figure reminiscent of Renoir). Judging by the inscription on the left below the title area and year 98 (1898?). The right appears signature. Thank you in advance for participating !!!
