Many serious hits in color (green trees, shrubs, grasses, bright red shade on the cottages, roosters, red kerchiefs)
Not bear accents. Total disregard for the foreground.
For this reason, there is a sense - work recently wrote in a short time and not finished. Either the work went to the hands of poor restorer.
Most embarrassing is very bright, flat color and a few padded letter.
Do not rule out that good work could ditch a bad picture and a bad color correction.
