on this question, why do you think that this Sheluto?

First, only Sheluto I met the work, where all were gathered together: the plot with the same place of writing (Dnestr), Composition, and a boat of similar design.

Secondly, the manner of applying the stroke and the frequent use of the almost dry brush characteristic etudes Sheluto, especially written on cardboard (see ill. 1, "a" and "d" - with this scene, the rest - fragments of works Sheluto).
 
Third, for Sheluto characterized by the presence of places NOT in the works etyudnogo quality, not only at the edges, but in the middle of the image, and color of the ground, transmission in these regions plays a role in the composition and color scheme of work (see ill. 2 , "a" and "g" - with this scene, the rest - fragments of works Sheluto; of them "in" on a canvas).
