This is very typical of the tone for the French press in relation to the rich Russian - a mixture of disdain (see article on the beads), envy (it's almost Roginsky, or rather on the interpretation of Roginsky Soviet bosses - "fools eat cake") and servility (just case - maybe that perepadet?).
I think that the art of the journalist in this case is not particularly interested.
In general, articles on Garage in the French press has a great many, including those already known to you Arri Belle (everyone wanted to go to Moscow on a freebie), I did not translate them, as the interest they represent a minimum
