Certainly not enough to read, we still understand.
I think the issue of these passages have nothing to argue. People who want to understand Orthodoxy, I advise you to read the New Testament. The Old Testament was filled with the coming of the Savior on earth, and certainly a part of the Bible, a very respectable and useful, but still the basic law for the modern man is in the New Testament.
I think nobody here does not convince anyone, nor had such a goal, but I want to say that a believer has one very significant difference from the atheist, is the most important thing-
the experience of communion with God. This is a very special feeling, which helps to look at a lot of new, gives strength to many works, and helps to ignore the imperfections of earthly Church, and some ministers, etc. The man who discovered this feeling will never be able to say that there is no God.
