Nikolai Serebrennikov (8 July 1900, top mullahs, Perm Province - May 21, 1966, Perm) - art critic, who devoted his life to gathering and studying the Permian wooden sculpture, founder Elias District Local History Museum.
He organized several expeditions to the north of the Perm region. In one of the expeditions in 1923 found 248 original wooden sculptures and a lot of masterpieces of ancient art, which later became the basis of world-famous collection of wooden sculptures of Perm State Art Gallery.
