According to the source, the escape took place September 9 from the center of detention of foreign nationals number 1 for Moscow police.

The man was detained by the department for combating organized crime last summer during the suppression of the largest in the last ten years, thieves rallies held at Klyazma reservoir.

Then a police boat with a group of capturing the support of the police helicopter took to the boarding pleasure boat, which brought together more than 50 "thieves in law" and authority of the criminal world.

In the course of establishing the detainee's identity was ascertained that the man known as "Givi Kutaisi" and is a citizen of Georgia, located on the territory of Russia illegally. He was placed in a detention center for foreigners.

In July Babushkinskiy District Court in Moscow ruled that his forced deportation to the border of Russia, like the essence "Interfax". However, the detainee did not wait for the execution of this decision and on the night of September 9, escaped from the detention center of foreign nationals, the source said.
