and only in 1912 signed a contract with DG Kanveylerom. But in 1914 Kanveylera, who was a German, was expelled from France. When he returned after the war in Paris, he found his "ward" in a terrible state. Years in a wet basement, hard work and malnutrition have done their job: the rest of his life Gris had to fight with severe pulmonary disease. He died in 1927, when the name of Picasso thundering across the world.
