For the notary - evaluators must be made to the State registry of appraisers, and have on hand a certificate of entry in the State Register.
The notary is obliged to request the evaluation (to write a formal letter). You can include yourself (so quickly) or by mail (may be lost and the request and response). To my knowledge score of subjects such statement is made by one party if there is a dispute ( for the court). Score for insurers - Appraiser Roster only.
