I am personally very negative attitude to a single artistic rating. And it publish and republish constantly! So this is somebody needs - get over these non-professional edition of money. Generally this rating as a classifier, we must uprazdit and not stick to it no where! And the cost of those of the sponsors he has no effect on prices influence the market and demand.
