At your watercolors, vyadem, the word Kolomyja (there is no "t", and "l" with a transverse rod - there is such a letter in Polish) represents the name of the city Kolomya, where, probably, were written by those watercolors. Kolomiya - a city on the river Prut, belonged to Poland before the war, and now is in Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine. The percentage of Jewish population before the war there was very high. A signature, or rather, a monogram - "LQ" - Alas, unknown to me. And what is written in vadim - do not make out fine, you need a large photo.
