We in Odessa, too, are regularly chess tournament, as well as downtown at Cathedral Square, every day going to lovers of the game.
And the situation has changed, probably because life has changed. Chess were among the few Soviet entertainment, and today many people have no time elementary reading books, playing chess, watching TV, etc.
Vladimir, but I think you were not by Admin?
