Personal opinion: The amazing artist. Expressive painter, a very interesting colorist. His painting is bright, invoice, it is interesting to look at. Once on the times you can find something new, something you have not noticed 5 minutes ago. This artist has crossed the line beyond which begins the chaos of colors and finishes.
Being in the exhibition space, imbued with an unusual sense Deisis. Large elongated vertical canvases are located slightly above the level of your growth, and from there look at you .... people, almost certain people, and sometimes images of people in general, or some unknown deity of mythology, or aliens. I would call them "face-faces-images. They look out, look in your space, coming up close-close. Some see you, someone looks you sternly in the eye, and some pass by. But there is no discomfort. They are friendly and do not try to penetrate into your world. And it seems that now speak to you from his view of the world.
Another observation. I immediately arose association with Fayum portraits and with Byzantine mosaics. These likah is something Middle Eastern, Greek. Something historic.
