You have a very small snapshot of a very strong JPG-compression. JPG artifacts make it impossible to make adequate defocusing. Try this: a) make a sharp macrograph perhaps higher resolution, b) Do not Look at the light bulbs and a fluorescent light, c) save it (of course, right in the camera) on a lossless TIFF, g) Since the management of investments in this site does not support the format TIFF, then convert the image format BMP.
